Shipping Policy

Delivery times
We aim to ship your order within 7 working days from the time of your order. You can expect your delivery between 8-10 working days after your order within New Zealand. If there is any hurdle in fulfilling your order, we will get in touch with you at the first available opportunity.
Free delivery
If your order is for more than $200.00 excluding GST, then we will deliver it free within New Zealand.
Delivery cost (for orders under $200.00 excluding GST)
For all standard orders, we will deliver in New Zealand for $10 including GST.
Rural delivery
We charge an additional fee of $9.00 for all rural and remote area deliveries. Additional delivery time could also be required, but we will advise you if this is the case.
Back Orders
If we have run out of stock on a product that we normally carry, we will advise you on delivery times and this delivery will be without any additional cost. We have warehouses in New Zealand, Australia and China from where we will source your product at the earliest possible time.
International orders
We ship internationally and standard international shipping costs apply. However, you are responsible for all custom import duties that applies to your country.
