Information that we collect about you:

  1. Information that you provide us: We collect information when you subscribe to our newsletters or mail lists, request for a discussion, use our digital media platforms or communicate with our team. We also collect your personal information if you engage us for a service or purchase a product that we sell such as a report or an article. Such personal information includes your full name, your phone number, your email address, your physical address, your designation at your workplace, the name of your company, your credit card information, your bank details or any such personal information that we could request and you expressly provide us without prejudice.

  2. Your organisation: If the organisation that you work with has purchased a product from us or otherwise uses our services, it will have access to the information that you provide us with reference to the transaction between your organisation and us.
  3. Our partners and those with whom we have an operational alliance: We work with many trusted companies and people who undertake our work on our behalf. At times, transactions between you and Fine China and partners are undertaken jointly. If these parties wish to have access to your information in order to undertake a transaction that you have requested, we will provide your personal information to them in accordance with appropriate security and privacy measures.

If it is required by the law of the land where you have engaged in a transaction with us, we reserve the right to disclose your personal information to protect your rights, our rights or collectively our joint rights to comply with a judicial order or any such legal procedure. Unless required for regulatory purposes or any other valid purpose that we will explain, your request for deletion or modification will be complied with. Please be mindful that even after modifying or deleting your information, there could be copies in our database for a reasonable period of time.
